With the HIC (Harrogate International Conference Centre) at the bottom of the road, shops on your doorstep, the best of bars and restaurants in abundance a hop, skip and a jump away, quite literally, everything from this accommodation is walkable including Harrogate train station with direct trains to/from London.
The house itself consists of its own front door into the entrance hall, door to the stylish lounge with smart TV and then straight through to the kitchen/ diner, with a booth style seating plan with a second smart TV. The kitchen/ diner has been designed with socialising in mind. The garden is off the kitchen and is an urban oasis where you can chill with a glass of wine and a good book under the twinkling lights.
On the first floor you will find a stunning, large double bedroom with views to the front and a single at the back with the family bathroom, shower over bath, then up to the second floor where you’ll find the stylish king and twin bedrooms. The King has the benefit of an en suite with rainfall shower.
Parking is by permit and on street by zone, we leave one permit per day.
Parking is free from 6pm to 9am and all day Sunday for any other cars. We can supply a map of free parking locally (within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house) for those extra vehicles too.
