What a fantastic place! We had a great weekend in the barn and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Everything was finished to such a high spec and thoughtfully planned out. The downstairs snug was great on an evening and the beds super comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the eco cleaning products are a great touch. Tilly was wonderfully helpful and a super host! We would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Loved the decor. The weather was grim so we spent a lot of time in the house and it was a pleasure to be in - warm, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. This is the only place we've ever rented that had fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived after a long drive! So thoughtful. Thank you Tilly. Next time we go to Harrogate we wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else.

We stayed at Hawkes Barn when my husband and son carried out the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. This was the perfect location and the thoughtful touches throughout the property were lovely. The space is super clean and modern, would definitely recommend!

Great house in good location with a short walk to the shops, amenities and restaurants in Harrogate. The house is clean and nicely decorated and has plenty of bedroom space. There was some nice welcoming touches including hamper which was great. A great place to stay if you are visiting Harrogate.

Brilliant accommodation, clean, comfortable and everything catered for (even pocket sized walking maps in the room). The place has a great tv room, perfect for planning routes or watching Eng destroy NZ at rugby. Perfectly located for the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Highly recommend. Host was brilliant and quick with communication and parted a lot of local knowledge. We’re already planning a return visit.

ovely stylish house in a prefect location. Everything we could of needed and more. Exceptionally clean and lots of nice little touches. Really good communication from Tilly, good tips on where to go. Cold Bath Brewery was lovely, well worth the 30second walk! Despite everything being minutes walk away you are on a residential street which is nice and quiet. Free parking, (we were right outside the door) is ideal, but one of us came by train and that was an easy walk to the house. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely weekend. We will be back when the baths are fully open!
