Having worked in a variety of ski resorts, we always wanted to follow our dream and run a catered chalet but, rather than in Europe, in the Yorkshire Dales.
We have lovingly transformed Hawks Barn into a contemporary, relaxed space to kick back after a day in the fresh air, be it walking, cycling, painting or just dreaming.
Our concept is…… take a step back and relax! Whether you want a self catered property or a Catered Chalet without the fuss (how often have you rented a property but then thought, do I really have to cook tonight harping back to heady days of being catered for in a French chalet), this is where we come in, it’s your holiday, your way!
You’d like dinner delivered on just 1 night, no problem. You’d like breakfast, packed lunch and dinner on all 7, plus afternoon tea, not a problem. The reason I say without the fuss is I won’t be there hanging around in the kitchen, I’ll pop it over at a time to suit you, then I can come back and pick up the pots etc, and do the clearing up for you. Your holiday, your way!
Yorkshire is synonymous for fabulous local produce, we have cheese from the fabulous Courtyard Dairy in the Dales, good quality meats from Keelham Farm Shop, veg from growing with grace in Clapham, we can get it. Do shout if I can get anything extra for you to make your stay super special.
